Gwinnett County Jail. Volunteers will honor members of law enforcement by hosting a catered luncheon at the jail while fellowshipping with the corrections staff. (8 people)

World Relief. World Relief Atlanta empowers the local church to serve the most vulnerable through activities related to employment and legal services as well as refugee resettlement. Volunteers will host refugees at a luncheon and organize games for children. (10 people) Team full.

 

Friends of Gwinnett County Seniors. Help seniors by performing yard work tasks such as mowing, raking, trimming, and light maintenance. Bring your garden tools including rakes, shovels, trimmers, blowers, mowers, edgers, and trash bags. This is a great opportunity for families and church and home groups to serve together. Rainbow Village. We will host a Back to School Preparedness Fair and pop-up school supply closet at Rainbow Village for the residents. The children will receive a back pack and pick out school supplies for the new school year. There will be music, festivities and various stations to help get these kids ready for a great school year. Feet on the Street. Join us in community evangelism at Hurt Park in downtown Atlanta. Minister to individuals facing homelessness. We will be serving a BBQ Lunch. (30 people) Register now...

 

Mobile Food Pantry. Unload, pack and distribute 10 - 12,000 pounds of food for approximately 300 local families in need. Packing and distribution will take place in the Worship Center lobby (Sugarloaf campus). (50 people) Team full.

Car Care for Single Parents. We will be offering car care and cleaning to single parents. Those experienced in auto maintenance and repair are needed to work on the cars of single parents, doing basic repairs and oil changes.
