Anxiety Conversation Guides. Helping a child with anxiety is a challenge. Parents can download these age-appropriate resources to find tips and practical ways to help their children.
STUFF YOU CAN DO FROM HOME
Video scavenger hunt. Here's a fun way to connect with other kids without an in-person play date. Use a free video tool like Zoom.us to connect with other families and kids you know. On screen, ask kids to find common household items like a fork or a sock or a coathanger. First kid to show the item on the video to others wins the round.
