UPDATE FROM PASTOR MERRITT
On July 29, 2020, Pastor Merritt returned from his annual summer vacation and gave a brief update on our pandemic planning and programming via video:
Pastor Merritt asks for four things from Cross Pointe:
- Pray as our leaders continue to monitor the pandemic and plan to reopen as soon as it is feasible to do so.
- Trust Pastor Merritt as our leader, and our staff, to make decisions that are in the best interest of the church. We will always put the church first.
- Continue attending online faithfully as you have been. The church is not closed--we continue to minister, to share the Gospel and to connect throughout the pandemic.
- Thank you for your faithfulness to the church financially and in your ministry involvement during the pandemic. Right now is a great opportunity to connect to "your one" and to point people to Jesus as we fulfill our mission in the community and the world.
